While battling the latest Skyrim High Res DLC crashes I came up upon this UNAWAVE article AND kernel patch that does away with the myth that 32bit Windows cannot address more than 4Gb of RAM.
Moreover, the whole system RAM is going to be used, no more 4 Gb RAM/3.25 Gb available !
