Saw this on techland.time.com today :

"YouTube user no9sniper has — to the consternation of high school teachers everywhere — created a simple, text-based RPG that lets you wander around “Skyrim” doing many of the things you can in the PC, Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game: accept quests, earn money and kill wolves [on a Texas Instruments TI-84 pocket computer]..."

skyrim, the most open ended sandbox game to date cannot even begin to be put into a pathetic calculator. Huge waste of time. Has about as much in common w/ skyrim as it does with tetris.

A text based very limited conversion. He'd be better off making his own IP, since if he uses the name skyrim then he could get sued.
